Squeezed is a Buyer Guide, not a mechanical inspection service. Our reports are generated by research LLMs based on public data, known failure patterns, recall records, and industry reports. They do not constitute a professional mechanical inspection.
Always get a professional Pre-Purchase Inspection (PPI) from a qualified mechanic before committing to a vehicle purchase. Squeezed does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Vehicle conditions vary, and our analysis cannot detect issues that are not documented in available data sources.
Squeezed is not a replacement for a mechanic, does not guarantee vehicle reliability, and does not provide financial or legal advice.
Description of Service
Squeezed generates structured vehicle Buyer Guides based on user-provided vehicle specifications. Reports include known failure patterns, estimated repair costs, recall information, and ownership risk context. The service is accessed via web browser at squeezed.app.
Service Changes
Squeezed is an evolving service. By using it you acknowledge that:
Features may be added, removed, or modified at any time
We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or data preservation
Reports are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Squeezed. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate and complete. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
Use the service to generate reports for vehicles you do not have a genuine interest in purchasing
Automate, scrape, or systematically extract data from the service
Misrepresent the output of the service as a professional mechanical inspection
Use the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to access, probe, or scan the service beyond the provided interfaces
Intellectual Property
Reports generated by Squeezed are for your personal, non-commercial use. You may share report links with mechanics, sellers, or others involved in a vehicle purchase decision. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly republish reports without written permission.
The Squeezed name, logo, brand, and design system are our intellectual property. Nothing in these terms grants you a license to use them.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Squeezed and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
You acknowledge that vehicle Buyer Guides are probabilistic and informational. They do not guarantee the presence or absence of any mechanical issue. Any vehicle purchase decision is ultimately your responsibility.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Squeezed at any time, without notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we may delete your account and associated data. You may also delete your account at any time.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the app. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ada County, Idaho.
